Plebgate Update

The Tory MP at the centre of Plebgate has had to pay out £80,000 in damages to the policeman he called a Pleb.

Andrew Mitchell, the former Chief-Whip, allegedly called a police officer a pleb when he refused to open the main gates to Downing Street, so the politician had to take his push-bike through a side gate. A judge has now ruled that Mitchell probably did use the P word, something he has strenuously denied, and has been made to pay the officer in question.

Why can't we just be nice to each other people?

What is Balls Radio?

Balls Radio is like talk radio, but for thinking people. Now a short daily occurrence, Phil Dobbie offers his opinions on what's happening, in the UK and overseas: politics, social policy, economics, science, religion. Yes, it's another, slightly overweight middle-aged white man telling the world how it should be. But there's nothing alt-right about Balls Radio. And we try and have fun along the way.
