One of Americas biggest travelling circus companies is ditching the Elephants, and not before time.
Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey, supposedly The Greatest Show on Earth, has announced that they will no longer be parts of their shows. As Richard Kazimer explains, they are making the change in the face of public pressure, changing legislation and a realisation for many of the cruelty involved in training circus elephants.
