The Boston Bombing Trial

Two years ago the city of Boston was rocked by the explosion of two bombs, both close to the finish line of the annual marathon. Now, the trial for the surviving bomber.

There is no doubt that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was partially responsible for the bombing, along with his dead brother. So, given he is guilty, why have a trial at all? Richard Kazimer explains it's because, the defence argues, he was an unwilling participant.
