Folks in the US seem to be having a bit of trouble understanding medicine. And it;s catching, as Richard Kazimer explains.
First there's the Idaho lawmaker who asked if woman could swallow cameras for gynaecology exams. He didn't realise those two parts of the body aren't connected.
Then there's the Idaho republican who is against a state ban on faith-healing - because we all know how well that can work out. Better than medicine?
Then there's the Nevada republican who thinks you can flush out a cancer with salt water.
It might all be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.
