New Zealand Spied On Brazil For WTO Gig

Can you believe it. The Kiwis, big on espionage? All to land a top job in the World Trade Organisation.

Well, that's what the Brazilians are claiming. They've made allegations that several years ago the country's spy agency snooped on communications from the Brazilian government, who was competing for the role of Director General of the World Trade Organisation. Brazil won the gig. So, we ask David Campbell, whether New Zealand will be up to its old tricks when it comes to getting Helen Clarke into the UN Secretary General role.
